Citizen Bike Develops Specially-Designed Folding Bike for Google Employees

Citizen Bike has established an ongoing project with Google Inc. to offer their employees a specially-designed folding Citizen Bike.
Starting this summer, a lightweight alloy folding bicycle will be available to all Google employees through a Google company-wide incentive program, to encourage healthy and earth-friendly transportation alternatives.
With rising energy costs, commuters have been looking anew at mass transit and alternate forms of transportation. Bicycle commuting, a healthy, inexpensive transportation alternative, is gaining mainstream popularity in the United States and a folding bike can make multi-modal commuting seamless, practical and appealing.

Citizen Bike aims to deliver simple, attractive, and affordable transportation solutions tailored to an individual's commuting needs.
Our project with Google will hopefully establish an enviable precedent for environmentally conscious employers to encourage their employees to explore healthy and earth-friendly transportation alternatives.
